The UNESCO Chair in “Cultural Policy for the Arts in Development” is located at the Department of Cultural Policy at the University of Hildesheim. The Chairholder Prof. Dr. Julius Heinicke is member of the advisory board from the very beginning and close cooperation partner in the documenta fifteen project.
